Exercises don't make you thin?

Exercise lose weightEveryone knows that exercise can burn fat in the body. Those who want to lose weight too much to do. But there is one study that says that the sport will not be useful for those who want to have the athletic body.

The study published recently show that women who are overweight and exercising a few hours each day for 6 months in an exercise, does not decline significantly weight than those who do not exercise at all.

Facts about the exercise does not make too thin found in a child who often do sports, but instead eat more. He ate 100 more calories after exercise than when not exercising.

Sporting activity makes a person more silent afterward because of fatigue. The study also mentions that the school children who do sports as much as 9 hours a week become less active later than those who only exercise 2-3 hours a week.

Food consumed after exercise was a problem, because most of them just eating junk foods that are high in fat food.
