Workouts Included:

He doesn't take the time to explain or properly show or demonstrate the moves before doing them so the first few times of watching and working out to the videos were a bit difficult but it gets easier and you can catch on in a fairly quick manner. I do suggest only viewing the program first before popping the disc in and getting started right away.

I purchased this product at the beginning of July. When I recieved it, I was about to go on vacation. So I only had a couple of days to start it. I went on vacation for a week and then restarted. I feel like it is a great workout! I love it because I am short on time. I do a different work out every morning. As for the person who gave it a bad review because she/he got charged even though they didn't proceed to purchase...I don't get it. I ordered online and you have to actually enter all of your billing info. If you didn't want to purchase why did you bother doing all of the billing info.? Anyway...why don't you just try the system..it is great! Sorry you had a bad experience with purchase.
